Established in 1987, the French Business Council Dubai & Northern Emirates is a non-profit organization under UAE law, that provides a range of services and activities, all aimed at facilitating business opportunities within the French and UAE business communities. The FBC activities are mainly financed by their membership fees, and the organization does not benefit from any public funding.
